You've always had it in you, Thali. I remember when we asked you to be our bookkeeper for the Downtown Arts District. You denied our request because you knew it wasn't the right fit for you, long-term. That you identifying this as one step of your journey. I remember being so proud of you that you said "no." While working with you on a regular basis is truly one of my biggest dreams, I knew, in my heart, that you were right to turn down our offer. Keep it up. Only say "yes" when you know it is the right fit.

That was probably my first "no" and I thought it would stain my reputation. I think the key is to follow our gut and heart and trust that what's for us will come.
